Fertility Clinics: How to Receive International IVF Patients Through Our Network

ivfabroad.co helps patients compare IVF destinations. We're growing our network of partner fertility clinics. Here's how referrals work and how to apply.

Updated October 2026 · 4 min read

ivfabroad.co publishes independent comparisons for patients considering IVF in another country: costs, success-rate reporting, rules on egg donation, travel and timing. Many readers are from Canada and the United States, priced out at home or tired of waiting. When they’ve narrowed their options, they ask us for help.

This article is for fertility clinics. We’re growing our network of partner clinics, and here’s how it works, what we ask and how to apply.

Apply now No cost during launch · About five minutes
Key takeaways
  • ivfabroad.co receives inquiries from international patients, and we’re adding partner providers to our network.
  • Each case arrives checked (procedure, dates, budget and records) and goes to one partner at a time.
  • We ask for an English-speaking coordinator, written USD prices, a reply within one business day and verifiable credentials.
  • No cost during our launch period. Applying takes about five minutes.

Who contacts us

International fertility patients are some of the best-informed patients anywhere. Many have already done one or more cycles. They ask:

These are long conversations. The clinic that answers quickly, clearly and in writing usually wins the case.

How a referral works

  1. A patient contacts usThey read our guides and tell us about their case through our form or WhatsApp.
  2. We check and assignWe confirm the procedure, dates, budget and records. If the case is complete and fits your clinic, we send it to you.
  3. Your clinic quotesYour coordinator contacts the patient in English, with a price in USD. The medical and commercial relationship is between you and the patient.

Each case goes to one clinic at a time. If your clinic can’t take it or doesn’t reply within one business day, it goes to another approved partner.

What we ask of your clinic

English-speaking coordinatorOne person who handles patients in English on WhatsApp or email.
Written prices in USDA list or ranges per procedure, with what’s included and what isn’t.
Reply within one business dayPatients hear from you no later than the next business day.
Verifiable credentialsLicensed with your national health authority. International accreditation is welcome but not required.

Remote coordination matters more in fertility than in almost any other specialty. Patients want a clinic that can order baseline tests in their home country, review results over WhatsApp or email and adjust the calendar before they fly. We also value clinics that report outcomes to a national or regional registry, such as SART, HFEA or REDLARA, and can share their numbers by age group.

What you receive with each case

  • Contact details, with the patient’s permission to share them.
  • Procedure, dates and budget, confirmed by our team.
  • Available records: AMH, recent ultrasounds and results from previous cycles.
  • Preferred language and channel for your first message.

What we don’t do: we don’t give medical advice, negotiate prices on your behalf or promise patients any outcome.

What it costs

Launch period

No cost while we build the network

If we send you a case during our launch period, you pay nothing for it. That way you can judge the quality of our referrals before any commitment.

Later on, partnership will become a paid marketing service. You’ll see the terms in writing and decide whether to continue before any charge. Medical fees always stay between your clinic and the patient.

Apply in three steps

It takes about five minutes. When you submit, you’ll see our direct WhatsApp and email so you can keep the conversation going. We reply within two business days.

Step 1 of 3 · Your practice

Frequently asked questions

Do you send patients who need donor eggs?

Yes, when that’s what the patient is looking for. Tell us which programs you offer and your typical wait time.

Which countries do you cover?

Our readers compare several destinations. Apply from any country, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have demand for your area.

How much does it cost to join?

Nothing during our launch period. If we send you a case, you pay nothing for it. Later on, partnership will become a paid marketing service; you’ll see the terms in writing and decide whether to continue before any charge.

Do you guarantee a number of patients?

No. We send cases when they come in and fit your specialty and location. Be wary of anyone who promises volume.

Who collects payment from the patient?

You do. Your clinic evaluates the patient, sets the price and collects payment directly. We’re never involved in the medical payment.
